The Public Schools of Robeson County, N.C., will appeal a ruling by the North Carolina Industrial Commission awarding benefits to a former principal shot on his way to work, the Fayetteville Observer reported Wednesday.The newspaper said former Fairmont Middle School Principal James Hunt has been informed that the school board will appeal a June 22 ruling by the commission that his 2009 injuries were work-related.The commission voted in June to uphold a March 24, 2010, decision by Deputy Commissioner Philip A.
