Feds Charge Doctor, Office Manager, Pharmacy Owner in Alleged $1.1M Kickback Scheme

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for Eastern Pennsylvania charged a doctor, office manager and pharmacy owner with conspiring to pay and receive kickbacks in connection with what is described as the largest health care fraud case in the history of the Department of Justice.
