A New York appellate court upheld the dismissal of a worker’s Labor Law claim for his alleged fall on a pile of debris generated by the demolition work he was helping perform. Case: Moye v Alphonse Hotel Corp., No. 2019-14527, 05/18/2022, published. Facts: Lorenzo Moye allegedly was injured while working on a demolition project at a hotel in Manhattan.
