Insurance Division Appoints Property & Casualty Director

The South Dakota Insurance Division has appointed Shane Mattheis as assistant director of property and casualty, the division said in its fall newsletter. Mattheis has been employed by state government for more than 23 years, most recently working as a financial systems/budget analyst with the Bureau of Finance and Management, the division said.
