The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau will discuss medical costs for COVID-19 claims in California during a March 10 webinar.
Presenters will learn patterns of medical treatment and costs for COVID-19 claims, as well as how they are different from typical injury claims and what are some key cost drivers.
The program will also include an analysis of so-called long COVID, including the prevalence and potential costs of claims with lingering symptoms.
