The AARP is suing the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission over a rule it issued in May regarding employer wellness incentives, alleging that the rule allows employers to penalize workers for keeping health information private.
The suit, which seeks a preliminary injunction against the rules, was filed Oct. 24 in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
