BWC Expanding Program to Hire Recovering Addicts

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation, known for pushing the envelope on what is considered comp-related spending, is expanding a program designed to help companies hire recovering addicts. The bureau announced Tuesday that its Substance Use Recovery and Workplace Safety Program will now include three more counties.
