The Monarch Fire Protection District will review its light-duty policies in response to public complaints about its workers' compensation experience. Residents complained during Thursday's meeting that the district's 19 workers' compensation claims represent an unusually high number of claims for the district, according to a report from the Newsmagazine Network.
