The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $105,490 in penalties against a Connecticut manufacturer for alleged safety violations.OSHA said it inspected the Gilman Brothers Co., a manufacturer of polystyrene foam core boards, on May 31 and Sept. 4.
