Med-Legal Exam Fee Upped to $2,015 in Latest Fee Schedule Proposal

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation’s latest Medical-Legal Fee Schedule proposal would pay a flat rate of $2,105 for a comprehensive evaluation, about a 27% increase over last year’s proposal.
