The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation is seeking comments and feedback on proposed revisions to its prescription drug formulary rules.
The BWC said it has completed a review of the outpatient medication formulary rules in the appendix to Ohio Administrative Code rules 4123-6-21.3 and 4123-6-21.6.
If approved, changes to the rules would take effect Aug. 1.
The BWC is accepting comments through March 1. Comments can be sent to providerfeedback@bwc.state.oh.us.
