Gov. Bobby Jindal signed two workers' compensation bills into law this week, including a bill that will limit payers' ability to initiate litigation against injured workers.The governor signed House Bill 728 and House Bill 450 into law on Monday. House Bill 728 will undo a provision of the 2012 workers' compensation reforms which allowed payers to file claims against injured workers.
