Mary Fallin to prepare "clean-up" legislation to be considered by the Oklahoma State Legislature.Commissioner Robert Gilliland, an Oklahoma City trail attorney appointed to the three-member commission by Fallin in October, said Wednesday the commission is still "fine-tuning" 86 pages of emergency rules it adopted prior to its launch on Feb. 1.
