WCS Requests Electronic Submission of Denial Notices

The Nevada Workers' Compensation section requested that insurers and third-party administrators submit claim denial notices electronically. Carriers and TPAs are required to notify the agency when they reject a work comp claim in whole or in part. The WCS said it receives hundreds of copies of notices of claim denials each month.
