Rules Committee Recommends Confirmation of Snellings to WCAB

The California Senate Rules Committee moved quickly to recommend confirmation of Craig L. Snellings to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. Committee members asked few questions of Snellings during a hearing Wednesday before voting 3-0 to recommend the full Senate confirm his appointment. The vote was left open for two members of the committee who were not at the hearing, but a final tally was not available by press time. Former governor Jerry Brown appointed Snellings in January.
