The U.S. Department of Labor has joined Kentucky and some other states in the decision not to switch to the Sixth Edition of the American Medical Association (AMA) Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment based on predictions that the sixth edition will have a significant negative impact on workers' impairment ratings.On Feb. 6, Rachel P.
