The Florida Workers Compensation Joint Underwriting Association has filed revised rates to effectuate an overall average premium-level decrease of 6.6% that will take effect on Jan. 1, FWCJUA wrote to Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty.
FWCJUA said it was filing to implement the already-approved voluntary market rate decrease of 5.2% for 2015. It included an Actuarial Memorandum in its letter to McCarty with accompanying data and the derivation of the premium-level surcharges it will apply.
