DWC Adopts Changes to Administrative Code

The Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation is adopting amendments to 28 Texas Administrative Code Section 55.15, which implements requirements for the contents of compromise settlement agreements. The amendments remove the requirement that “old law” settlements must be submitted on multicolored carbon or carbonless paper and hold that such settlements must be submitted in the form and manner prescribed by DWC.
