Proposed Filing Would Drop Rates 6.21%

The Pennsylvania Compensation Rating Bureau has proposed a 6.21% rate decrease in overall average loss costs, effective April 1 for new and renewal policies. The proposed decrease is driven by indemnity and medical loss experience, and House Bill 1846, the rate-maker says in a letter to Insurance Commissioner Teresa D. Miller. Rep.
