Patriot National Facing Lawsuit From Investment Firm

A lawsuit has been filed against current and former members of the board of directors of Patriot National Inc. regarding the company’s agreement with Hudson Bay Master Fund. The complaint, filed in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, alleges violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 by Patriot National's officers and directors.
