Labor Commission Proposes Numerous Rule Changes

The Utah Labor Commission is accepting public comment on proposed changes to 13 different administrative rules that would add new definitions and eliminate unnecessary terms, reorganize multiple sections and eliminate incorrect references to other sections, forms, definitions and rules. The commission is proposing amendments to R-612-200-1 that would eliminate any reference to the Utah Injured Worker Reemployment Act, which lawmakers allowed to sunset in 2014.
