Blackhawk Mining LLC, No. 23-173, 08/07/2024, published. Facts: Jason Travers worked as a miner for Blackhawk Mining LLC. He suffered injuries in August 2020 when his head became pinned between two pieces of equipment as the vehicle in which he was riding continued to move.
