Injured Workers' Insurance Fund Workers' Compensation Insurance announced three promotions last week of employees to the positions of territorial account executives.IWIF said in a news release that Charmaine Kelley has been promoted to agency services manager and will serve as territorial account executive for Baltimore, Anne Arundel and Eastern Shore counties in Maryland.
