Comp Carriers Not Liable for Reimbursement Under New Medical Cannabis Law

Workers’ compensation carriers and self-insured employers in Kentucky are explicitly exempt from reimbursing injured workers for the costs of medical cannabis, under newly enacted legislation. Gov.
