Dan Anders Elected Treasurer of NAMSAP

Daniel M. Anders, the chief compliance officer for Tower MSA Partners, was elected to the board of directors of the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals and will serve on its executive committee as treasurer for 2019.

Anders, an attorney with Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified and Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional credentials, also co-chairs NAMSAP’s Policy and Legislative Committee.

Tower said it and Anders have been active in NAMSAP for several years. The company’s chief executive officer, Rita Wilson, is immediate past president. Wilson and Anders also frequently speak at NAMSAP conferences and webinars.
