Transport Company Driver Sentenced to Probation for Fraud Conviction

A Southern California judge placed a transportation company driver on probation for three years after he was convicted of fraud for exaggerating the extent of his claimed injuries, according to APEX Investigation. Benjamin Sample, 69, said he injured his head, neck and back when he was attacked by a passenger while driving a bus for MV Transportation. He was taken off work and received temporary total disability benefits.
