Regional Carrier Luba Expands to 4th State

Luba Workers' Comp, a regional insurance carrier, has begun writing policies in Texas. The expansion makes Texas the fourth state Luba writes workers' compensation insurance in after Mississippi, Arkansas and its home state of Louisiana, according to a Thursday press release.
