Two New York City supermarkets and a restaurant caught up in the problems of a group self-insured trust formerly run by Compensation Risk Managers (CRM) have sued CRM to collect more than $218,000 in assessments ordered beginning last year to pay injured workers' claims.RBG Management Corp., doing business as Red & White Markets Inc., and Doria Enterprises, doing business as Grace's Marketplace, filed suit Oct. 23 in New York County Court.
