DWC Asked to Remove Perjury Threat From Copy Service Fee Proposal

Labor and management representatives are asking the California Division of Workers’ Compensation to remove language from proposed changes to the Copy Service Fee Schedule that would require parties to promise under penalty of perjury that requests for copy services are submitted for legitimate reasons.
