WCB Holding Hearing on Proposed Rules

Alaska’s Workers’ Compensation Board is holding a hearing Jan. 10 on a package of proposed rules as part of its normally scheduled meeting. Proposed rules deal with filing documents, hearing procedures, fee schedules and the second independent medical evaluation process.
