The Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission said it will add more dates for arbitration hearings in self-represented cases after lawyers and litigants packed into its Chicago office on Wednesday.
In announcing the additional pro se hearing dates, the commission reminded practitioners about the need for social distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic and the recommendation to stand at least about 6 feet away from others.
