The California Department of Insurance will hold a telephonic hearing May 18 to gather testimony on regulatory changes the Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau proposed to address the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the same time, the department will accept written comments through 5 p.m. on the day of the hearing.
The WCIRB is proposing three changes, including:
