XL Forms U.S. Crisis-Management Team Led by ex-AIG Exec

XL Group has formed a new crisis-management team to provide its U.S. corporate clients with a wide range of insurance products, including war, terrorism and political violence, kidnap and ransom coverage.The insurer has hired Denise Balan, who previously held various legal and underwriting management positions at American International Group, to lead the team.
