U.S. Attorney's Office Collects More than $333,000 from Chiropractor Owner's Conviction

The conviction of a Pennsylvania man who owned chiropractor clinics in West Virginia resulted in the collection of more than $333,000 by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of West Virginia during fiscal year 2014, the office announced in a release. Joseph J. Yurigan, of New Alexandria, Pennsylvania, was convicted last year of submitting fraudulent Medicare and Medicaid claims and sentenced to 18 months in federal prison.
