Michael D. Drobot turned the tables on 30 people and three law firms that dropped civil complaints alleging he was involved in a conspiracy to use counterfeit hardware in spinal fusions by filing his own complaint for malicious prosecution.
Now he's on the offensive.
Drobot filed a complaint Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court demanding $30 million in compensatory damages and $10 million in punitive damages from 30 plaintiffs and the three law firms that filed lawsuits on their behalf against Drobot and Pacific Hospital of Long Beach: Knox Ricksen, Kabateck Brown Kellner and Cotche...
