High Court Extends Time to Decide to Review Employee/IC Dispute

The California Supreme Court is giving itself more time to decide whether it will grant review to a dispute about whether a long-time truck driver who was allegedly suffering from chronic lung disease was an employee of the company for which he worked.The court extended its time to act on the writ petition filed in Atlas Transfer & Storage Co. v.
