The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) cited a Hartford, Conn., health center for three serious violations of workplace health standards in connection with confirmed cases of tuberculosis.OSHA said it inspected Charter Oak Health Center in February after receiving a complaint that the center's management failed to take appropriate action to prevent tuberculosis exposure.
