Drobot Argues No Basis to Award Restitution From Pacific Hospital Kickback Scheme

Briefings by the federal government failed to prove that California carriers are entitled to restitution from a spinal surgery kickback case, the former owner of Pacific Hospital of Long Beach said in court filings.
