Ohio’s inspector general has referred a customer service assistant with the state Industrial Commission for possible prosecution for allegedly accessing workers’ compensation claim files in violation of agency rules.
Kathleen Hill accessed her own files using multiple agency computer systems 75 times between May 2011 and September 2013. She also admitted to investigators that she accessed claims for several family members in violation of agency policy.
