DWC, WCAB Announce Updated Hearing, Filing Procedures

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation announced that it will start conducting all court proceedings telephonically on April 13. The division on Friday said it will continue to conduct expedited hearings for parties who appear at district offices through Friday.
