Gov. Appoints Insurance Department Acting Director

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer named Germaine Marks the acting director of the Department of Insurance to fill in for the outgoing director who retired on FridayMarks, who has served as deputy director of the Insurance Department since 2003, will replace Christina Urias, who was appointed director of the Insurance Department in November 2003 by former Gov.
