L&I Proposes 3.1% Rate Increase

Workers’ compensation rates in Washington state would increase 3.1% next year under a proposal the Department of Labor & Industries announced Tuesday. If approved, the average net rate per $100 of payroll in 2022 would be $1.53, the department said.
