OSHA Cites Dollar Tree once again for Safety Violations at Watauga Store

The federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration cited Dollar Tree Stores for willfully and repeatedly exposing workers at its store in Watauga, Texas, to serious hazards, the latest in a run of more than 200 safety and health violations for Dollar Tree since 2009, OSHA announced in a release. Proposed penalties for the Watauga violations total $262,500.
