Complaint Claims Applicants' Attorneys Netted $79 Million From Capping Scheme

Ten applicants’ attorneys accused of paying fees for client referrals as part of an alleged Southern California capping scheme combined to earn more than $79 million over a five-year period, according to filings in an unfair competition and civil racketeering complaint.
