AmWINS Buys 15 Insurance Programs From Willis Towers Watson

The insurance broker AmWINS Group has acquired 15 insurance programs from the broker Willis Towers Watson, AmWINS announced on Thursday.  The programs include MountainGuard, which AmWINS says insures the majority of ski resorts in North America; DealerGuard, which insures car dealerships; and WorkCompGuard, which provides workers' compensation insurance.  More than 110 people sell and administer these programs in offices across the U.S., according to AmWINS.
