The Kentucky Senate approved legislation last week that would expand the use of the state's prescription drug-monitoring program to ease access for investigators tracking the state's pill mills.The Senate voted 26 to 9 last Wednesday to approve House Bill 4, which was filed by House Speaker Greg Stumbo, D-Prestonsburg.
