Opposition to Attorney Fee Increase Wanes with MLAC Amendments

Oregon claimants' attorneys could be getting a pay raise next year as amendments drafted by a workers' compensation advisory panel have won over at least some opponents, who are now urging lawmakers to adopt the recommended changes and pass House Bill 2764.
