Pennsylvania's Supreme Court on Monday summarily denied review of four workers' compensation cases, including one involving a constitutional challenge to the state's "old age" Social Security offset. An en banc Commonwealth Court in January rejected government workers' arguments that the state's "old age" offset violated the Equal Protection clause of the state constitution, in Caputo v.
