The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited a roofing contractor for allegedly failing to provide fall protection to workers at a site in Nashua.
Luis Guallpa, doing business as Guallpa Contracting Corp., based in Millford, Massachusetts, faces $299,324 in proposed penalties. The contractor has 15 business days to contest the citations, which were issued on March 20.
