State Supreme Court Grants Review to SB 1062 Challenge

The Oklahoma Supreme Court will decide whether to consider oral arguments in a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Senate Bill 1062 on Dec. 10. The high court granted review to the case of Coates v.
